Jason Whomersley of Drinks Fusion has had a passion for culinary art from an early age. After learning his craft at the Nouvelle restaurant in Sheffield aged 16, he moved to London to become a protégé of celebrity chef Brian Turner. Jason has worked at some of the top hotels and restaurants in the capital, including the Savoy Hotel and Simpsons’ on the Strand.
