Black Moth Sangria

Black Moth Truffle Vodka lightly shaken with chopped tomatoes, black olive paste and aged balsamic vinegar, seasoned with sea salt, black pepper, a squeeze of lemon and a touch celery salt


Martini glass or champagne coupe at room temperature


50ml Black Moth vodka, 35ml of chopped tomatoes, ˝ bar spoon of black olive paste, 5ml 8-10yr old balsamic vinegar, 10ml fresh lemon juice, pinch of salt, pinch of cracked black pepper and a pinch of celery salt


Sliced black truffle


Gently crush the chopped tomatoes with the black olive paste in the bottom of a cocktail shaker. Add the other ingredients and shake very gently with ice, ensuring the drink does not get too cold and diluted. Strain into the glass, garnish with the sliced black truffle and serve straight up
