Rose Fizz

Black Moth truffle vodka shaken with fresh lemon juice and crushed strawberries, charged with champagne and lifted with a hint of rose liqueur and vanilla

Glass:

Champagne flute with sugar rim

Ingredients:

30ml Black Moth vodka, 15ml fresh lemon juice, 2x strawberries, 1x bar-spoon vanilla sugar, 8ml rose liqueur and champagne to top

Garnish:

Sugar rim, 2x rose petals and a strawberry on the rim

Method:

Rim the glass with caster sugar for the garnish, then muddle strawberries in the bottom of the shaker. Add all ingredients except for champagne into the cocktail shaker with ice and shake. Fine-strain into the champagne flute. Top with champagne and atomize rose liqueur over the drink before adding rose petals and a strawberry garnish
