Black Moth truffle vodka and Poire William eaux de vie shaken with Sauternes Noble Rot wine and a squeeze of fresh lemon, enhanced with a few drops of Absinthe, shaken vigorously and served straight up, ice cold

Chilled desert wine glass

Ingredients:

40ml Black Moth vodka, 3ml Hapsburg Absinthe, 20ml Sauternes Noble Rot Wine, 10ml Poire William eaux de vie and 20ml lemon juice. Sweeten with a little sugar syrup if the lemon is too sour

Garnish:

Lemon twist and grapes

Method:

Shake all ingredients in a small metal shaker filled with ice until freezing cold. Fine-strain the liquid into the glass, garnish and serve straight up
