Moth Flower

Black Moth truffle vodka, Crème de Mure, Noilly Prat dry vermouth and a of touch lavender eaux de vie shaken with fresh lemon and sugar, served straight up and crowned with an aromatic violet foam

Glass:

Chilled champagne coupe

Ingredients:

40ml Black Moth vodka, 15ml Crème de Mure, 20ml fresh lemon juice, 10ml Noilly Prat dry vermouth, 2 x drops lavender eaux de vie and 5ml sugar syrup

Violet foam:

Whisked egg white of five eggs with 15ml violet liqueur until it turns into a foam

Garnish:

Orange zest and edible flower petals

Method:

Shake all ingredients with ice, fine-strain into the glass and float the violet foam on top. Garnish with orange zest and flower petals
